About Emica
As a busy homeowner and dog parent, I understand the challenges of making vacation plans that don’t include your fur babies. The guilt starts to set in and it’s a pain to seek out boarding facilities that are oh-so overpriced or lacking consistent, quality services for your pets unique needs. I’m here to provide an at-home solution for you.
I’ve been housesitting in the Annapolis area since 2021 and caring for pets since early childhood. Insured with a cleared background check, I am available to keep your beloved pets safe and happy so that you can have peace of mind on your next trip. My services include but are not limited to daytime and overnight housesitting, dog walking, daily check-ins, house checks, and more.
While caring for your home, I provide complimentary cleaning, mail collection, waste disposal, and send daily updates about your pet. As for your furry pet friends, my philosophy is to provide ample affection, attention, exercise and confident leadership. I understand that our furry friends behave differently than humans, and respecting their natural instincts has been the key to my success. I am experienced with cats and dogs of all kinds including seniors, puppies and pets that are high energy, troubled, finicky with their medications, or have separation anxiety.

Payment will be due at the end of service. Current accepted methods of payment include Cash, Check, Zelle and Venmo.
Services
House sitting (pet sitting)
Offers day or over-night house sitting services, including pet care, daily maintenance of household such as waste disposal and mail collection, watering the garden, and other needs (may have additional charge).
Dog walking or play session
Get your dogs plenty of exercise with a 30 or 60 minute session.
House Checks
Need someone to keep a periodic eye on your property while away for peace of mind? I’ll help inspect the property and send updates on how your property is doing.
Basic Grooming Services
Bathing, drying, and brushing.
Daily pet check-ins
Need someone to drop in during the middle of the day to check in on your friend or a bathroom break?
Notarial Services, Administrative, and others
General notary work and loan signing services are available, running errands, etc.
